# Temporary Economy Holds For RMT

Kaivax explains a new anti-gold-buying tool in WoW: Forever: accounts suspected of buying or selling gold can get a Temporary Economy Hold that restricts trade, mail, guild banks and the Auction House while Blizzard investigates. Holds lift automatically if the account is cleared and leave no permanent strike; Blizzard admits early false positives are possible and says the system will roll out to all WoW versions if it works.
