# Name restriction bug fix coming with next realm restarts

**Blue post** · blue · published 2026-10-28

Kaivax says a bug in WoW Forever's restricted-name list was blocking too many names (for example, any containing "con"). A fix ships with the next realm restarts in each region; if you got "That name is restricted" for a name that should be allowed, try it again afterward.
