# How PvP Progression in World of Warcraft: Forever Works

PvP progress is split into Honor (a currency for blue and epic gear sets) and Rank Points (a weekly-capped climb to High Warlord or Grand Marshal). Honor rates were evened out so Alterac Valley isn't the only efficient choice.
