# Mail mix-up bug: gold sent to the wrong character?

Streamer NoHitJerome says he received mail meant for Payo. Players have reported since September that with two-part names and no realms, mail can route by first name to the wrong character. Blizzard hasn't confirmed it; double-check full names before mailing gold.
