# Reported: hold off on redeeming your physical Collector's Edition code

**Community · unconfirmed** · tips · published 2026-10-17

PC Games and GameStar report that physical WoW: Forever Collector's Editions are arriving early, but redeeming the included code starts its 30 days of game time right away, not on Nov 4, and the time reportedly can't be paused. If you don't have an active sub, wait until launch to redeem. This comes from a player's support ticket, not an official Blizzard notice; the digital Forever Collection's game time does start at launch.
